ROVA Social Poster - Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of ROVA Social Poster ("the App"), a first-party publishing tool operated by its owner to post the owner's own original content to social accounts the owner controls.

1. Purpose

The App automates uploading the owner's own videos to the owner's own connected accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) via each platform's official API. It is used only by its owner for the owner's own accounts.

2. Authorized use

Only accounts owned or controlled by the operator, and explicitly authorized via the platform's OAuth, are used with the App. The operator is responsible for ensuring all content complies with each platform's Community Guidelines and terms.

3. Content

All content published through the App is the operator's own original content. The App does not scrape, repost, or publish third-party content without rights.

4. Platform compliance

The App uses official platform APIs (including the TikTok Content Posting API) in accordance with their developer terms, rate limits, and posting rules.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" for the operator's own use, without warranty. The operator assumes responsibility for its use.
